"Am I Hungry?" Mindful Eating Workshop This 8 week course introduces participants to three key Eating Cycles develop by Dr. Michelle May and outlined in her book, EAT WHAT YOU LOVE LOVE WHAT YOU EAT. By understanding the emotional and environmental "triggers" that drive us to eat, AM I HUNGRY? workshops empower participants to let go of the burdens of weight loss and maintenance and allows them to trust their own bodies hunger signals in a way they never considered before. Learn to be IN CHARGE of what you eat instead of feeling out of control, guilty, and undisciplined to reach or maintain a healthy size by only eating "good" foods. All foods fit in this program that teaches participants to: EAT MINDFULLY LIVE VIBRANTLY. Space is limited. Advance registration is required. |
