Having seen a profound change in my own health, as a result of simply becoming aware of my own individual needs and how to feed them, I became hooked into the world of nutrition and fascinated in how we use food in our lives for reasons other than hunger. Having studied nutritional therapy in the past I have a great foundation and knowledge base from which to make more informed decisions on what constitutes great food for personal needs, but I quickly realised when working with clients, that their approach, view and use of food in their lives made a huge difference in their ability to sustain a vibrant healthy life. This is what led me to train as a Am I Hungry mindful eating coach. Put simply "I love what I do". Helping clients find their way out of the "eat, repeat, repent cycle" is hugely rewarding , especially seeing their confidence and enjoyment in life grow! |
