I know your pain. I struggled with my weight and have had a dysfunctional relationship with food since I was five. I have lost and gained over 500 pounds during my forty plus years of yo-yo dieting. I have first-hand knowledge on the subject of addictions, emotional eating, compulsive eating, overeating, bingeing, restricting and the devastating effects this has on our body, mind and spirit.

I am here to support you to stop the daily torture and most importantly change your relationship with food. Forever. I never imagined peace and serenity with food were possible; but it is and it has changed my life in so many ways.
I know the secret to “breaking the chains” and am experiencing true freedom with food mentally, physically and spiritually. I have experienced almost every diet out there, been to in-treatment facilities for eating disorders, saw endless counselors and nothing worked. Personally I have never experienced such a gentle and loving approach to overcoming dysfunctional eating. The fact that it works, is even more miraculous to me!
Since I personally have struggled with this, I understand all too well your frustration and how exhausting the relentless dieting and the dissatisfaction with your body can be.
I am convinced that Mindful eating is the key to ending the war with food and creating a self-compassionate relationship with both food AND your body. I know that my life purpose is to empower healing and recovery in others just like you and I want nothing more than for you to experience the same serenity.
