Michelle Yandle knows what it’s like to battle with the ups and downs of poor health, diet confusion, and low self-esteem. She knows what it’s like to be a slave to the scale and ride the yo-yo diet roller coaster. Michelle’s journey began when she was very young and fought her own health battle. Having grown up “overweight” and “different” she was the target of abuse from her peers and was unable to see her true self until much later in her journey. She now strives to empower people, young and old, to see themselves as they truly are – beautiful strong people, who need to create their own standards of beauty based on their individual strengths and traits rather than what our media portrays as an (unachievable) standard of health and beauty. She teaches people to truly listen to their own body’s messages in order sift through the hundreds of dietary theories presented to us. Together she will work with you to clear up the confusion around health and food so that you can come away with a wellness plan that works for YOU. ____________________________________________ Michelle Yandle is a Health and Nutrition Coach, international speaker, successful entrepreneur and two-time author with a focus on traditional diets for health, and nutrition coaching for empowered eating.
