AIHMEP is an 8-week long mindfulness program developed by Dr. Michelle May that will change your relationship with your health & food FOREVER!
You will truly learn to 'Eat what you love, and love what you eat!'
Forget quick fixes and fads! This program will guide you through all aspects of changing your beliefs and attitudes, thus leading to improved health and wellness!
Each week, we will cover various topics related to mindfulness, nutrition, and physical movement.
Participants will each receive:
8 live weekly workshops,
Dr. May's "Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat" book AND workbook/awareness journal,
Lifetime password access to www.AmIHungry.net (general & class forums),
Daily Mindful Moment emals,
Weekly Workshop Summary emails,
Secure text access to the licensed facilitator,

The AIHMEP Tuesday group will meet at Cohab in downtown Shreveport, (black awning under the Texas Street Bridge, next to Nicky's Mexican Restaurant) in the conference room from 11:00am until 12:30pm. Participants will need to bring their own lunch and beverages (water and coffee will be available).
