Theresa is an Expert Self-Care Soul Success Strategist™ for Stress Management. Her adult experiences lead her to understand the important role taking care of one's self plays in nurturing a life of balance, happiness, health, and success. She has learned under some of the leading names of our time such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Elder and Medicine Woman, Patricia “Mechi” Garza, Dr. Light Miller, ND an Ayurvedic Consultant and others.

The benefits attained by embracing and putting into action powerful tools are numerous. Those who fully embrace the practical applications experience a life changing effect on the mind, emotions, and body allowing the spirit to shine through. These benefits enable us to maintain a higher level of energy, mental clarity, override stress and anxiety, deal with "control dramas", and create healthy boundaries enabling us to live a more balanced life.

Theresa’s desire to eat smarter, giving the body what it needs for nutrition, began when she dieted her way into anemia. This took years to reverse — education, willingness to change, wanting to be of service and purposeful intention lead her to what she now teaches others. Her understanding is the “Body is the Temple”, which helps drives everything else. Taking care of herself — body, mind, emotions, spirit — gives her the ability to be of service to leaders and individuals who are stressed and need management solutions in a practical, supportive way. Even after 30+ years of empowering others to take care of themselves, she had the opportunity to experience, more profoundly, the benefits of the holistic strategies she had been living and teaching when her husband went through a serious health challenge. Knowing how to handle your self in high-stress situations is critical for survival.

Theresa presents via webinars, workshops, training, breakout sessions, special events, retreats, and lunch-n-learns. She has published and authored Nurture Your Soul with Action Steps and Nurture Your Soul Journal along with four other books, and has recorded several instructional CDs. She also hosts a podcast “Nurturing Soul Success for Conscious Living” that features a variety of professionals who can help dispel stress.

Theresa is full of passion and enthusiasm as she shares topics that are content rich, with real-life experiences, humor, compassion, and antidotes infused with strategies for conscious living. She created the platform, The Soul Success System™ Self-Care for Stress Management to bring in-depth instruction to her audiences so they can successfully implement the practical applications.

She continues to stretch herself to bring new and cutting edge content to her audiences through her continued learning so they can live their best life.
