Theresa’s desire to eat smarter, giving the body what it needs for nutrition, began when she dieted her way into anemia. This took years to reverse — education, willingness to change, wanting to be of service and purposeful intention lead her to what she now teaches others. Her understanding is the “Body is the Temple”, which helps drives everything else. Taking care of herself — body, mind, emotions, spirit — gives her the ability to be of service to leaders and individuals who are stressed and need management solutions in a practical, supportive way. Even after 30+ years of empowering others to take care of themselves, she had the opportunity to experience, more profoundly, the benefits of the holistic strategies she had been living and teaching when her husband went through a serious health challenge.
