About Charla:
Hello! My name is Charla Gordon and I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with many years of experience working with people who have Type 2 diabetes. I am excited to be a new facilitator with the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Diabetes program. I live, work and play here in northern Michigan and will be offering group sessions soon.
