I’m so glad you are here! My name is Brenna Cutter. I live in Roanoke, VA and coach people locally and from all over virtually. I work with those who are ready for healthier lifestyle changes but are having a hard time achieving balance, consistency, and satisfaction. Participants get that from my 8 Week Mindful Eating and Movement course. It is so empowering to eat and move in a way that considers both your current and future health and happiness. You will be shocked at how effortless it can actually be! Well-being has far more depth than just what you eat and how you exercise. My approach to health and wellness is holistic and rooted in the pursuit of a full and meaningful life. Before my participants commit to the full 8 week course I require a 30 minute Health and Wellness Goals Coaching session at no cost just to make sure I have the right approach for you. It is also important for you to know a little bit about me and my professional background. I am a lifelong learner and eagerly await my Audible credit each month. I love to listen to books, podcasts, or music when I walk my dog, jog, and ride my mountain bike.I would also consider myself a self proclaimed foodie and easily balance eating for fun with eating for nourishment. Something that was impossible for me at one point in my life! In addition to being a licensed Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating and Movement Facilitator I am also an experienced corporate health and wellness coach for OMC Wellness, a Wellness Workdays Company. Upon graduating from Kent State University in my home state of Ohio I became an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist and an ACE certified Behavior Change Specialist and started pursuing my passion of helping others achieve their wishes for a full and vibrant life. My availability for individual 8 Week Mindful Eating and Movement courses are weekends and weekday evenings between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. I use power-points sparingly and plenty of discussion with my participants on the super easy ClickMeeting webinar platform. As a health and wellness coach I have several behavior change strategies weaved into my course like a special holistic goal tracker that helps you intentionally focus on sleep, social connection, gratitude, movement, and kindness. Plus I teach you to use mental imagery and provide weekly journal prompts supplementing the Am I Hungry? book, workbook, and email series. |
