About Marcia:
Over my 30 year career in Human Resource Management, I have been increasingly aware of the importance of personal wellness choices. I was able to observe how personal choices affect both individual health and well being as well as health care costs. As a result, I have become increasingly interested in Wellness Programs which provide skills development to enable participants to create a healthy lifestyle. Consequently, I am a certified Wellness Coach and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.
On a personal level, I have struggled throughout my life with weight management and have bounced back and forth between restrictive eating and over eating. I am delighted to be a part of a program which develops the skills to bring balance and a healthy relationship with food into the process of living. |
