About Rhonda:
Knowing what to do and being able to do it consistently are two different things. I am a registered dietitian with many years of experience in the foods and nutrition profession, and personal experience with emotional eating since childhood. Learning about Am I Hungry?® was the key to dealing with my own issues, and integrating the changes in my head over time helped me break out of my eat-repent-repeat cycle. I knew the instinctive non-diet approach could help many people with similar patterns of emotional eating. I wanted to finally be able to offer real help to others stuck in overeating or restrictive eating cycles or yo-yo dieting patterns. I’m still on the journey, peeling away layers and learning more about myself and getting better at the instinctive eating cycle. “To teach is to learn,” and I love teaching Am I Hungry?® to others! |
