About Debbie:

Debbie Harbinson, a registered nurse, has experience in the operating room, home health, geriatric care management, faith-based community nursing, achieved a Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and is board certified in Holistic Nursing.  

When teaching the Am I Hungry series, she brings not only her clinical background to the class but also her personal experience as an exhausted family caregiver who struggled with her relationship with food as fuel. Learning from Dr. Michelle May about the relationship between eating and unrecognized triggers was life changing! Believing self-care is a journey, Debbie adds fun and humor to classes while introducing strategies for a vibrant life!

As a Master Trainer and an Advisory Board member for the World Laughter Tour, Debbie speaks nationally and internationally as an expert in the Science of Laughter and Psychology of Humor and the Experience of Mirth. She creates educational activities to promote stress resilience by using various strategies based in Mindfulness, Integrative Imagery, and Positive Psychology.

Unique classes in both professional and personal wellness are offered through Harbinson Wellness Solutions. Topics include Mindful Eating, Creating a Mirthful Environment, Good-Hearted Living, and Prayer Motion which are offered in a Scottsdale, AZ office and as requested in other locations.
