About Erin:
Growing up I always knew I was going to be a veterinarian. That was until I realized that through my own weight loss journey I had the opportunity to help others redefine themselves outside of what they thought they were behind all the fear, emotions and failure of their weight struggles. There is no better feeling than breaking free from all the rules, restrictions and sense of failure that comes from yo-yo dieting. Weight loss is never a destination, it is a true journey. It is a journey that goes far beyond the perfect meal plan. True weight loss is about reconnecting with your internal hunger and fullness cues that we were all born with. A non-diet approach allows an all foods fit model which takes away guilty feelings associated with food, allowing people to live their lives without feeling like they are in a jail cell, limiting their food decisions they can or cannot make throughout the day. It is about recognizing not just what we are eating, but why. Through the process of recovering your relationship with food you will not only free yourself from dieting rules but you will rediscover yourself in the process. |
