Nancy has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 32 years, and has added to her expertise the area of psychotherapy and has completed her Masters in Professional Counseling and is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona. Nancy specializes in eating behavior and is a Licensed therapist for Am I Hungry?® Facilitator and as an Am I Hungry?® ME-BE Facilitator and Therapist. Nancy currently works with Dr. Kari Anderson at My Balanced Life Counseling group as a Licensed Associate Counselor and Registered Dietitian working with Eating Disorders and Binge Eating patients. Nancy also works with clients for anxiety, body image and depression. Nancy received her Masters in Counseling Degree from the joint program with Ottawa University and Phoenix Seminary for a Christian Counseling emphasis. Nancy lives in Fountain Hills, AZ with her husband Brian where Nancy’s personal interest include walking, running and has completed multiple marathons and half marathons as well as her love of reading and hiking, completing the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim. |
