About Jennifer:
I am a former Kindergarten Teacher/ School Counselor passionate about health and wellness. I am a certified Life Coach (focusing on health and wellness). For years I struggled with food (restricting & binging) and my body- feeling so disconnected and hopeless. When I discovered "Am I Hungry?", it changed my life. I started finding clarity and realizing that ALL foods can be welcomed in a healthy, happy diet. For the first time, I felt FREE from the diet industry.
