Intro to Mindful Eating and Yoga - private This is an introductory overview of the mindful eating and yoga approach to College students enrolled in a Nutrition course in the Health and Wellness program. The purpose is to expand students' awareness of this approach to eating and to give them a little taste of the process so that they are equipped with this awareness once they enter the health and wellness industry. |
