I am so passionate about helping my clients learn mindful eating with the Am I Hungry program! I am certified in the Am I Hungry program for Binge Eating. In addition to helping people stop binge eating, I find that this curriculum is also helpful with my clients who struggle with emotional eating, mindless snacking and grazing...and for those who are sick of trying to use diets as a way to control how they eat, what they eat and how much they eat.
