Excited to host a live 2-day Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Workshop facilitated by Am I Hungry? founder Michelle May, M.D. at the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge on March 15-16, 2014.
Have you struggled with eating, dieting, or body image? Do you wish you could just be at peace with food? Would you like to have more time in your day to live instead of obsessing about what you eat? Do you want to invest more of your energy creating the life you crave?
During this two-day experiential workshop, Michelle May, M.D., the author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat and founder of the Am I Hungry?(r) Mindful Eating Programs and Training, will show you how to eat mindfully and live vibrantly!
This workshop is open to women and men who seek a sustainable mindful approach to a balanced, lifestyle. In addition, this program will provide professionals with the framework and mindfulness tools for working with their clients.
By participating in the workshop, you will:
* Learn six simple, yet powerful strategies for managing your eating without restrictive rules.
* Practice using the Am I Hungry?(r) Mindful Eating Cycle for deciding when, what, how, and how much to eat, and where to invest your energy.
* Recognize your triggers for mindless and emotional eating.
* Explore three questions that help you balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment-without deprivation or guilt.
* Experience two guided mindful meals
* Set an intention to create a self-care buffer zone and increase your health, energy, and appetite for life!
