About Molly:

I understand the struggles with weight loss on a professional and personal level. Several years ago, because of Am I Hungry?, I was finally able to stop yo-yo dieting and find peace with food and exercise.

I am thrilled bee able to offer this life-changing information with clients. I am a certified health and wellness coach with a background in counseling. I have been teaching the Am I Hungry? mindful eating workshops since 2010, and have witnessed the power mindful eating can have on individuals.

I teach the Am I Hungry? 8-week workshops live in Minneapolis, as well as online. I am also available for individual Am I Hungry? coaching if you prefer an individual approach. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in how you can change your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle!
