About Robin:

I'm a Health and Well-being Coach and owner of Empower House and Robin Goble Coaching. After years of struggling with weight management and yo-yo dieting, I found how to use mindful eating to take control of my body and my life using the Am I Hungry? program,

Mindful eating can reduce anxious thoughts about food and your body (stop feeling guilty!) and improve your health. It slows you down, makes you more aware of portion sizes, and helps you get out out of automatic food habits like overeating while watching your favorite TV show.

I offer coaching services and well-being programs in weight loss, stress management, and work/life balance which empower you to make your life what you want it to be. I teach Qigong have a degree in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Eat what you love! Love what you eat!

This is a FREE Introductory Workshop for the upcoming the 8 week Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Program, co-facilitated by Julie Reisler, and Robin Goble, Maryland University of Integrative Health trained Health and Wellness Coaches, this program is designed to help you recognize the differences between Emotional, Mindless and Intuitive Eating. Learning mindful eating take time and practice. Come benefit from learning the tool set to identify what is underneath overeating and yo-yo dieting. This FREE INTRODUCTORY workshop will run from 6:30 - 7:30 pm on the 13th of January at the Maple Lawn Community Center in Fulton, Maryland. This workshop is designed to develop your mindfulness and inborn intuition that celebrates taking pleasure in the food we consume, appreciating the nourishment to our body and minds, and supporting sustainable weight management bringing an end to Yo-yo dieting. Share experiences, challenges, “ah-ha” moments and celebrations. During this weekend workshop, you’ll learn: • How to be in charge of your eating instead of feeling out of control • How to use hunger and satiety to guide your eating • How to eat the foods you love without overeating or guilt • How to balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment • How to resolve mindless and emotional eating • How to discover joy in movement • How to care for your body, mind, heart, and spirit The workshop includes a fun and effective way to explore mindful eating with others, award-winning materials (including a book and workbook), daily inspirational emails after the weekend to keep you tuned in to the tools you have learned, and much more!
