Lexie struggles with her weight but is learning how to trust her body again with Am I Hungry?

In today's meeting we talked about "Head Hunger." I noticed that when I feel anxious I crave chewy foods. I don't want gum. I want something tough or chewy and it doesn't matter if it's sweet or salty. I can see that this means something is gnawing at me and I want to gnaw back!
